Fixes the stats of the cards Chase, Echo, Homing, and Toxic Cloud.
The patch has 2 modes: By default it will change what the cards do to match what the card stats say This mode changes the following:
- Chase now gives +30% health
- Echo now increases block cooldown by 0.25 seconds
- Homing now increses reload time by 0.25 seconds
- Homing no longer reduces bullet gravity by 50%
- Homing no longer reduces bullet speed by 30%
- The homing effect has been modified to work better under these conditions and you can now only get one copy of the card
- Toxic Cloud no longer reduces damage by 25%
The second mode keeps the funtionality of cards exactly as they are in vanilla, and simply updates the card text to properly say what they do.
